Dr. Lonise Bias is the CEO and President of BSpeaks and the Len and Jay Bias Foundation non-profit, two community investment companies that invests hope in the community, for youth, families, the community and the workplace. Dr. Bias brings messages of hope and inspiration to help empower her listeners to move forward against all odds expecting “the best to come.” She has delivered keynote addresses to the faith based community, the public and private sector, national and international conferences providing prescriptive solutions to remedy the social ills of our day. Her audiences are diverse. She has addressed heads of state including former President Bill Clinton.
